In February 2017, PHUCBINH DONATION sponsored Ly Lu Phuong Thao’s heart surgery with an amount of more than 20 million VND.

Ly Lu Phuong Thao – Day ethnic, was born in Na Co commune – Nam Po – Dien Bien. Phuong Thao was found to have congenital heart valve stenosis but her family was in difficult circumstances in a remote area.
