Charity case 2: Ms Vang Thi Xe

In March 2017, at Hanoi Heart Hospital, a representative of the heart surgery fund for poor children PHUCBINH DONATION sponsored the heart surgery of Vang Thi Xe with an amount of more than 20 million VND.

Vang Thi Xe, from the Day ethnic, lives in Muong Cha District – Dien Bien Province, where the infrastructure is poor and people’s hard life all year round is only associated with shifting cultivation. Vang Thi Xe was born with a heart defect since birth, she faced many difficulties in her daily life, often suffering from sudden pain and shortness of breath. Not only that, she also suffers from many other diseases such as rhinitis, ear infections, etc. When she was 4 years old, she only weighs more than 10kg.

Vang Vang Tua (Vang Thi Xe’s father) sadly shared that he and his wife in the countryside had 6 children, the couple only worked in the fields, the family’s income was only a few hundred thousand a month. After learning about his daughter’s illness, he and his wife were extremely worried. Because family was too poor, they could not afford more than 100,000,000 million VND for the baby’s surgery. Tua’s family could only mournfully watch the child struggle with the disease.

Charity

After finding out information, the PHUCBINH DONATION Fund decided to sponsor the baby’s surgery with an amount of more than 20 million VND. Baby Vang Thi Xe had surgery on March 13, 2017.

PHUCBINH DONATION was established in 2017 with the budget extracted from the annual profit of PHUCBINH GROUP and the contributions of the Company’s employees, benefactors. Since its establishment the foundation has cooperated with the hospital to accompany many heart surgeries for disadvantaged children across the country.
