The Lighthouse Project (No.4) Brought Hope to Ta Xay School
With the profound ambition of empowering children’s futures through empathy and education, The Lighthouse Project’s “Love Station No. 4” arrived at Ta Xay School in Xuan Truong Commune, Cao Bang Province, from June 26 to June 28, 2025.

Ta Xay School is a unique educational institution grappling with significant deficiencies in electricity and potable water. Despite being born into poverty, the children in this highland region ardently aspire to pursue an education as a pathway out of destitution. It is only through access to education, these children can hope for more substantive meals and glimpse the faint glimmer of a brighter future.

Upon arriving at Ta Xay School, The Lighthouse Project’s volunteer team came prepared with numerous practical gifts. These included essentials like rice, cooking oil, school supplies, textbooks for the new semester, backpacks, shoes, and new clothes. Additionally, we brought donations contributed by Phuc Binh employees and benefactors from northern Vietnam.

The project also collaborated with Mr. Do Minh Chien, a UNICEF lecturer on child protection, to organize a gender education class. The class not only provided residents and students with knowledge about gender and reproductive health but also helped them change their perceptions of child marriage.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all the volunteers who tirelessly accompanied the Lighthouse – Love Station Project No. 4 at the Ta Xay school site.

We hope that wherever the Lighthouse flag is planted, the children will feel the light of love and knowledge, empowering them on their path towards a bright future.
