Duong Tieu Quynh was born on April 9, 2019 in Nghi Phung village, Ninh Phung commune, Ninh Hoa town, Khanh Hoa province. Tieu Quynh was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect.
The family situation is very difficult. Quynh’s father is Duong Dong Duy, working as a worker with a meager salary. Her mother working as a full-time caregiver to her ailing dautgher. Life seems to have been too harsh for him when he is the main laborer to take care of the whole family.
