Tran Ngoc Minh Chau was born into a poor family in Ea Ral commune, Ea H’Leo district, Dak Lak province. Unfortunately, She had a congenital heart disease. Her father, Tran Thanh Phu, works as a kitchen assistant at a pub, his salary is not enough for family living expenses. Her mother, Pham Thi Chuc Thu, as a full-time caregiver to her ailing daughter.
When Minh Chau was just 2 months old, doctors recommended that she undergo urgent surgery to heal her heart. But her family situation is extremely difficult.

Receiving information from Minh Chau’s family, PHUCBINH DONATION decided to sponsor the entire cost for the Minh Chau’s heart surgery.
On March 13, 2022, representatives of PHUCBINH DONATION, Mr. Le Thai Duy – Director of Huviron Vietnam Joint Stock Company – Branch office in Ho Chi Minh city and Mr. Tran Hoang Tuan – Director of Hoang Phat Dat Technology Co., Ltd visited and gave gifts to Minh Chau’s family. On March 14, 2022, the surgery took place successfully!
